Have you invited korg to the fair? If yes then after the first fair go back and talk with korg , he will say that red haired dude asked him to have xxx then you should encourage him(korg) to do it. At the next fair wander around then you should unlock it

At the moment there isn't any story or progress to make for bot Logan

after you saved korg,the next day you have to go to the same spot the you met korg (i think) to then talk to victoria she should have a new dialogue about a new prisoner, then you have to talk her to replace him to someone else (orion) then you should be able to save ste. then you can find a cave at the forest path. enter it and you should have found the house

I wonder if there will be any royals npc in the future.oh and angels too

By the way i wish to do the bitch for thugs mission with logan or everett
